All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail , 3 day shipping, with tracking. 

All orders are generally shipped withing 24-48 hours of receipt. 

If there is a delay in shipping we will contact you personally to make sure the estimated delivery will meet your needs.

Gift Wrapping is available at an additional $5.00  A gift message can be included free of charge.

Federal Express shipping  may be available upon request.  Please call us at 808-985-8827 for all orders to be shipped via Fedex/UPS.

RETURNS

All items need to be returned (postmarked) within 5 days of receipt.  A return authorization number ( RMA ) is required. 

Please email us with the reason for your return to obtain an RMA number. 

A refund will be made once the item is received back in undamaged condition. 

Each piece of jewelry is personally inspected  before shipping so everything always leaves our studio in perfect condition.  

Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a defect with the item.
